Vinyë Lambengolmor

Vinyë Lambengolmor (i.e. "New Linguists" in Quenya) is a community about Tolkienian Linguistics which aims to make accurate information easily accessible for everyone, while providing spaces for practice, feedback, and discussions. Even "lurkers" can pick up a lot of information by mere osmosis. For example, learning that the element "for-" means "north" in the Elvish languages can greatly increase the sense of immersion while reading the books, since coming across place names like "Fornost" with such knowledge would allow readers to orient themselves even without a map.
