Thunderspy is a free City of Heroes private server that is constantly updated with new content and features.
For totally new players, CoH is a pre-WoW MMO with the best character creator of all time. Play as one of over a dozen archetypes (classes), such as the aptly named Tanker, or the designated pet class Mastermind. Explore 3 worlds as a hero, villain, or "Praetorian". Form a supergroup (guild) and build a base.
For returning players, Thunderspy has added too many new features to list them all. To mention a few, we have fully customizable pets, personal customizable "apartment" spaces tied to each account, dozens of all-new costume parts, new and rebalanced powersets, never out-level story arcs, FPS performance improvements, and much more.
Despite the rapid improvements, the Thunderspy server maintains a small, friendly community where everyone knows everyone. Come make your own characters and team up.
