FORM, est. 2018, is an online community for creatives of all mediums. Through some of our various community charity events such as All Nighter, STORYBOOK, FORMZINE and more, we've raised over $50,000 for numerous charitable organizations including the Trevor Project, RAINN, Boys and Girls Club of America and many others.
