We are a Harry Potter Roleplay (HPRP) server set in modern-day, present-time Hogwarts, currently the most immersive experience on Discord!
This is a writing-oriented, text-based ROLEPLAY server which means that we do not run like an RPG server with dice rolls and stats, but rather a storyline, written and expanded by each individual member of the server.
We consider ourselves a "light roleplay" server, which mainly caters to the "slice of life" genre, with some additional caveats.
We do NOT have an overall plot. A serverwide plot to us is not only unfeasible but also unfair, as it ostracizes new members from being able to join our roleplay later on as the server progresses.
Additionally, being a "light roleplay" to us means that we do not condone making any one person the "main character" which excludes other members and elevates specific individuals, labelling them as "special" in some way, shape or form.
We are always looking to welcome new members, from veteran roleplayers and amateur writers to Harry Potter enthusiasts who have just created their first Discord account- everyone is welcome!
