**The Therapy Center is a help-focused organization that offers broader and easier access to resources and support for mental health.** Our main service is the coaching program. The coaching program is a free service that The Therapy Center provides to offer our members mental health-based peer support. It features a 1-on-1 (ideally hour-long) private session with any of our amazing coaches where you can vent, ask for advice, or even get some emotional support on whatever you're struggling with in life. Our focus is quality, detail, and providing the easiest member experience possible. And we will continuously work on improving that aspect. **Disclaimer —** The Therapy Center is an online organization focused on providing emotional support for individuals worldwide. The help we provide (whether it comes from a user, a resource, or our coaching) shall only be seen as peer support. We are not professionals, and we shall not be seen as an alternative for therapy or any other professional medical or clinical services.
