The server gets notified when Max streams on twitch and when he posts a new video on YouTube so there are often @everyone pings!! We know not everyone enjoys being pinged a million times so if you don't know who Max Taylor is this may be pretty annoying, but if you join the server I am positive you will love him as well as his community, and if you are new to going to the gym scene the members here are very helpful and will answer any questions you have as well as help you get started on your journey.
