Old World Blues is about enjoying the incredible merger between Hearts of Iron IV and the world of Fallout. Every piece of Fallout material will be reflected in the mod, from the original Fallout in 1997 to the recent Fallout 76 and everything in between including spin-offs such as Fallout Tactics and cancelled titles such as Fallout Extreme.
